System update

pikaur -Syu --noconfirm

 

Warnings / pacnew files

  • warning: /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist installed as /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist.pacnew
  • warning: /etc/sudoers installed as /etc/sudoers.pacnew
  • warning: /etc/unbound/unbound.conf installed as /etc/unbound/unbound.conf.pacnew
  • warning: /etc/locale.gen installed as /etc/locale.gen.pacnew

 

Unbound

Just delete the pacnew file. We are keeping ours.
sudo rm /etc/unbound/unbound.conf.pacnew

 

Mirrorlist

Just use the new mirror.

sudo mv /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist.pacnew /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist

and select your country.

sudo nano /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist

 

Sudoers

Use sudo etc-update:

The kernel has also been updated.
